At Magnifex AI, Inc., your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unused Credits: If no credits have been used or consumed from your account, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Partially Used Credits: If any portion of the credits have been used, refund requests will be considered at our sole discretion, and may be approved in full or in part based on usage.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@useprep.ai within 7 days of your original purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
